About The Project:
As a result of extended funding and increased demand for representation, our client, a nationwide law firm supporting victims of 9/11, was looking to grow their staff. Having found prior success working with Tandym Group to fill a legal assistant role, the firm reached out to us for help filling a significant amount of new roles within the firm. Amidst a global pandemic, the firm trusted Tandym Group to pivot on a whim and virtually recruit and onboard talent--ultimately meeting their goals for expansion.
Heavier workload: As a result of increased funding and demand for services, the law firm was experiencing a significant increase in projects.
Lack of resources: With limited staff, the firm needed to expand on their headcount in order to increase efficiency and take on new responsibilities.
Hindered interview process: As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the firm needed to get creative with their interview process while adapting to a “new normal.”
