About The Project:
After interviewing several recruiting firms to help with expanding into new territories, a Florida-based medical center sought Tandym Health, a division of Tandym Group, for assistance with hiring a significant quantity (50+) of bilingual healthcare providers, including Primary Care Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. This client had a large scale growth plan to more than double their number of office locations by expanding in Florida, while also breaking into new markets including New Jersey, Connecticut, and Texas. Without an internal recruiting team or brand recognition in new territories, they counted on Tandym Health as a one-stop-shop for all of their hiring needs.
Time Sensitivity: With less than half of the necessary Primary Care Physician and Advanced Practice Provider positions filled shortly before the new locations were scheduled to open, the medical center needed a fast turn-around so that candidates could be interviewed and credentialed by the clinic open dates.
Limited Brand Recognition: In the new territories, the client’s name was unknown to the public and to potential candidates.
Lack Of Internal Resources: The medical center did not have an internal recruiting team equipped to handle such significant growth across the United States in such a short amount of time.
Niche Applicant Skill Set: Due to their focus on catering to a Spanish speaking patient population, they needed to limit their search to bilingual candidates.
With our proven track record of recruiting in New Jersey, Connecticut, South Florida, and Texas, Tandym Health helped the client significantly expand their business in an efficient manner. Having taken the time to learn the ins and outs of the client’s business model, provider needs, and niche skills sets, our recruiters were able to increase brand recognition in new markets by educating candidates about the medical center and their goals. With our deep knowledge of a wide range of provider searches, including Primary Care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants, we were able to successfully fill over 51 roles, including crucial leadership positions.
51 providers placed, including Primary Care, Urgent Care, Pediatric, and leadership roles to help drive business in new markets
