About the Project:
The client, a rapidly growing healthcare startup, connected with Tandym Group for assistance with hiring initiatives as they expanded into new markets. With plans to open in three new locations over the course of two years, they needed candidates who could be flexible with and adapt to their evolving plans for growth.

This required individuals who were open to both temporary contract and full-time, long-term roles through this period of expansion.
New Market Development: With plans to quickly open offices in three different locations along the east coast, the client needed to partner with a staffing firm who had an expansive network of candidates in these regions.
Cross-Departmental Hiring: In addition to healthcare-focused roles, the client was seeking placements in other departments such as talent acquisition and operations.
