About the Project:
After building a strong relationship with our client in the asset management & cryptocurrency/digital asset space, the firm’s expansion led to an exclusive search for 10 new employees. These new hires would fall under the specialties of trading, business development, product development, compliance, client service, investor relations and institutional sales. Given our experience placing the client’s first head of product and the success of this candidate, we were well-suited to embark on the new search.
Niche Industry: With a new and emerging strategy, the client faced a challenge with getting candidates comfortable in a volatile and uncertain market.
Attracting Talent: Educating talent on the crypto/digital asset industry, strategies, and culture were difficult for candidate attraction purposes.
Quick Scaling Goals & Time Sensitivity: With the fast-moving nature of crypto, the client needed the support from internal staff to meet investor goals.
After performing our own internal research on emerging crypto industry trends, our recruiters were in a position to network with and attract the talent our client was seeking. We were able to speak on the client’s culture and strategies to candidates, thus allowing for a larger and qualified pipeline for interviews. Ultimately, we placed 10 new hires across multiple business lines within financial services in under one year.
