Client FAQs About Tandym Group Re-branding

As a valued client of The Execu|Search Group, we want you to be among the first to know some exciting news: The Execu|Search Group will soon become Tandym Group!

Everything you currently love about our company— our people, our expertise, and our personalized approach—will remain. This change is the result of a year-long process with the goal of finding a name that reflects who we are as a company and the direction we are going in the future.

As we transition to our new name, you may have some questions about how this impacts you as a client. Please find answers to several FAQs below. If you still need help, feel free to reach out to your recruitment team.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Why is the name changing? In the 30+ years since we were founded, our company has grown and evolved, such that our original name no longer accurately represents our service offerings. We’ve always felt that our success can only be measured in the eyes of our clients, so it was important to us to find a name that encapsulates our approach to staffing and recruiting – we are in the arena with you, navigating the highs and lows together, and working collaboratively.

Will your email addresses, website and/or social media handles change? Yes, all of our emails and websites will transition to new addresses and we’ll be changing the names of our social handles. We will keep you posted in the coming weeks.

Will any of your service offerings change? The professionals at The Execu|Search Group have long been known for our personalized, long-term relationships with our clients and candidates, defined by active listening and learning, collaboration, responsiveness, hustle, transparency, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude where we never want to take a cookie-cutter approach to recruiting. We are proud of this reputation, and none of that will change. 

We are, however, improving every day. Concurrent with our rebranding, we are making significant investments into our organization, its people, technology, and geographic reach, to further strengthen our relationships and augment our ability to serve you as a partner.  

Will there be any change to company ownership? No, there will be no change to ownership at Tandym Group. 

Will I need to sign a new contract? No, our name change should not cause any issues with existing contracts, though we will provide updated W-9 forms and payment information. However, our legal department is happy to work with you to address any concerns you may have. 

Will my invoices change? No, the only change to be made at this time will be our company name and logo.  We do not expect to make any changes to our FEIN (tax ID) or bank account information. 

Should I continue making payments to The Execu|Search Group? Payments should be made to Tandym Group as soon as that company name begins appearing on our invoices.
